An extension should feel like it was always there. We design additions that match the scale, rooflines and materials of your home, while bringing in far more light.
What’s included
Measured surveys, design and permit drawings, structural engineering, foundations, framing, roofing, glazing and full interior fit-out. We handle the permit application with the city for you.
How long it takes
Allow eight to twelve weeks for design and permits, then twelve to twenty weeks on site depending on size. You get a fixed price before any ground is broken.
